What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that a website places in your browser to remember information between visits. They can be session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent cookies (stored for a set period).
First-party cookies
Pirfila does not use first-party session or tracking cookies. Language and currency preferences are stored in localStorage, which is not a cookie and is not sent to any server with each request.
Third-party cookies
Pirfila does not install advertising or social media cookies. For usage analytics, Pirfila uses Google Analytics 4 in cookieless mode: no tracking cookie is placed in your browser and no persistent identifier is stored between sessions.
Web analytics
Pirfila uses Google Analytics 4 configured in cookieless mode to collect aggregated and anonymised usage data. This configuration does not install analytics cookies: Google Analytics operates with an ephemeral session identifier that does not persist between visits. Data collected (for example, pages visited, session duration) is anonymous and cannot be linked to any identifiable individual. No prior cookie consent is required because no cookies are installed.
How to manage cookies
You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies at any time. Below are links to the instructions for the main browsers:
